Position Summary:
The MD role is required to have plenty of knowledge and experience of the industry and as well as the skills. Ideally the person should have either experience at M&A, or the skills which needed like in VC firms or with the skills for start up operation like PE firms.

Job Responsibilities:
• Head the team to execute different kinds of investment projects and handle key accounts of significant importance to the firm with opportunities to develop and broaden the relationships.
• Lead in all phases of a transaction, including pitch preparation, financial modeling, due diligence and valuation analysis, etc.
• As part of this role, the Managing Director will understand the mission and investment needs of clients and bring the appropriate firm resources to bear on the clients’ issues.
• As an external representative of the firm, this individual will also participate in industry conferences and other relevant forums and expand client-related relationships with the professional advisor community.
• The Managing Director will also drive new business development, sales and services to existing clients and prospects.
• The Managing Director will be responsible for ongoing strategic interaction with the clients, regarding additional opportunities to cross sell other departments of our client.
• Regularly scheduled review meetings with clients and discuss overviews of the marketplace during the time period, along with a review of investment objectives and results.
• This position will also require daily maintenance of the account from a client service perspective, which includes client inquiries and issue resolution.
• The candidate is expected to maintain a high degree of client satisfaction on accounts assigned through proactive Relationship Management.
Requirements:
• BA holder from a top-tier university overseas and China.
• At least 8 years working experience in investment banking, venture investment or financial consulting, with no less than 5 years in senior levels.
• Strong in execution and team work.
• Excellent communication skill
• Fluency in Mandarin
• Fluency in written and oral English
